Size of the box:
Open Goaaal! is delivered in a 167cm long box (the end is 25cm x 14cm) that weighs around 20kg. Accessories or spares (except poles) will arrive in much smaller standard packages.

Open Goaaal! is classified as a “Heavy Item” for delivery purposes. Postage and packing prices are as follows. We use the following courier companies. Auspost, Fastway, TNT, Couriers Please.

Smaller accessory items will be shipped by standard post.
Your order will be despatched on the same day you place it, if it is placed before 3pm. If your order is received after 3pm, then it will be sent out on the next business day.
Delivery to NSW, VIC and QLD metro areas will take 2-3 days. WA metro will take 4-6 days. To all regional areas add another 1-2 days on top of the above.
If you need express next day guaranteed service then contact us for a cost. However we recommend that if you have an important deadline such as a birthday, then please place your order well in advance in case of unforeseen delays. Our products are delivered by a third party and so Open Goaaal Australia cannot be held responsible for any delay.
Nobody at home.
We can only make a delivery if someone signs for it. So we cannot leave parcels behind gates or in other places.
If you know you will not be at home, you can give an instruction just before checkout for the parcel to be left with a neighbour. We will also leave a card at your premises. Please note that if this results in a missing product, we cannot be held liable for that.
Otherwise if there is no-one at home, the courier company will leave a card with their contact details so you can contact them to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. If they do not hear from you, they will attempt a second delivery and again leave a card if no-one is home. If they then do not hear from you within a few days, the parcel will be returned to us.
If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you upon its arrival via email. We will refund the price of the product (but not the cost of delivery) within 7 days unless you notify us before then that the goods are still required. If the goods are still required, we will require an additional delivery charge to make a second delivery.
Out of stock.
If the product is highlighted on the website as out of stock, then you can still place an order and you won’t be charged until it ships. We will of course notify you of a date when stock will be available again.
